Privacy policy
This translation is provided for convenience. The German version is legally binding.
This website is built to process as little personal data as possible. The files you work on with the tools never leave your device. Here you can find out which data is still processed when you visit the website.
Controller
The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:
The operator of this websitekelanostudio@proton.me
Your files are not uploaded
All tools process the files you select exclusively in your browser’s memory. File contents are neither transmitted to us nor to third parties and are not stored. Results are created on your device and are only saved if you download them.
This is also enforced technically: the website does not allow its program code to connect to other servers. Fonts, PDF components and the HEIC decoder are loaded from this website itself, not from other providers.
Hosting and delivery
The website is delivered via Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit it, Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection data: your IP address, date and time, the requested address, the amount of data transferred and details of your browser and operating system. This is required to deliver the website and to protect it against attacks and misuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and reliable delivery (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cloudflare processes this data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Data may be transferred to the USA. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, for which an adequacy decision of the European Commission exists. We do not analyse this connection data ourselves and have not set up any visitor statistics.
No cookies, no tracking
This website does not set any cookies itself and does not use any analytics, tracking or advertising services. Only if Cloudflare detects an attack may it briefly set a technically necessary cookie for a security check.
Your browser may cache parts of the website so that it loads faster on your next visit. This data stays on your device.
Contact
If you contact us by email, we process your details to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). We delete them as soon as they are no longer needed for this purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.
Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR). You can object to processing based on our legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR).
You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), for example the authority where you live.
Changes
We update this privacy policy when the website or the legal situation changes, for example before advertising is introduced. The version published here applies.
