How to organize PDF pages
A page scanned sideways, one blank page too many or the wrong order: here you can put a PDF in order. You see a preview of every page, can move, rotate or delete it, and save the result as a new PDF.
- Select a PDF file and wait until the page previews have loaded.
- Move pages with the arrows, rotate them or remove them with the trash icon.
- Save the PDF and download it.
Rotating scanned pages
Each click on the rotate icon turns a page 90 degrees clockwise. The preview shows right away how the page will appear in the new PDF. This way, you can fix pages scanned sideways or upside down in seconds.
Using the keyboard
Every button can also be reached with the keyboard. Press Tab to move between them and Enter or the space bar to trigger the action. Each button names the page number it applies to.
Frequently asked questions
Can I mix pages from several PDFs?
Combine the files into one document with “Merge PDFs” first. Then open the result here and arrange the pages any way you like.
Is my original overwritten?
No. You get a new file and your original stays unchanged. If you are not happy with the result, simply start again.
How many pages can the PDF have?
Up to 150 pages and a maximum of 25 MB. At least one page must remain in the result.
Is the quality preserved?
Yes. The pages are not re-rendered but copied unchanged. Text stays selectable and searchable. Digital signatures and form fields may be lost, however.
